Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WFHub ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by an individual ("Operator") and is provided on an as-is basis.

2. Description of Service

WFHub provides a platform for discovering, installing, and purchasing digital watchface files compatible with supported smartwatch models. The Service connects to your watch directly via Web Bluetooth or Web Serial in your browser — no native app required.

3. No Affiliation

WFHub is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Suunto, LVMH, or any watch manufacturer. All brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. If you forget your password, account recovery is only possible if you have a verified email address on file. You use the Service at your own risk.

5. Premium Subscription

Access to premium watchfaces requires an active WFHub Premium subscription, obtained through Patreon membership. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time through your Patreon account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refund eligibility is governed by Patreon's refund policy.

To activate your subscription on WFHub, connect your Patreon account from your subscription settings page. WFHub verifies your active membership status directly with Patreon.

6. Use at Your Own Risk

Installing watchfaces or interacting with your device via tools provided by WFHub is done entirely at your own risk. The Operator assumes no responsibility for any damage, data loss, voided warranty, or device malfunction that may result from using the Service or any files obtained through it.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. The Operator does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or device damage, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting unauthorized access, distributing purchased digital files to third parties, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.

10. Changes to Terms

The Operator reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation where possible.
